Der e.l.f. Halo Glow Skin Tint ist viel mehr eine Foundation mit einem LSF von 50, denn die Deckkraft übersteigt die eines leichten Tints sichtbar und lässt sich variabel aufbauen. Das Finish ist mattierend, sieht dennoch relativ neutral aus und bewahrt einen leichten Glow.
Die für einen SPF 50 notwendige Auftragsmenge von etwa einem Milliliter trägt man bei weitem nicht auf, sodass man bei praller Sonne auf einen vollwertigen Sonnenschutz zurückgreifen sollte. Der LSF wird teils durch synthetische SPF-Booster erzielt und ist de facto nicht rein mineralisch.
